County: Summers
USGS Quad: Meadow Bridge        Map
Coordinates: 37.79683ºN  -80.85867ºW
Maintained by: unknown
Land owner unknown
Date last visited May 2012
Condition of cemetery**: Fair
Accessibility: Difficult Access. From Green Sulphur Springs, proceed southwest on WV 20 for 2.4 miles. Turn right and proceed up a secondary road for about 0.3 miles. Be careful as cattle may be wandering around on the road. At this point, there is a dirt road on the left side going up a hill. This is quite rough and not recommended unless you have a jeep like vehicle or are adventurous. At the top of the hill (about 0.25 miles from the valley road) is the cemetery. Of course the trip down is also adventurous. I would not recommend this if the road is wet and muddy. One could walk as it’s only about ¼ mile. However, the hill is somewhat steep, about 200 ft vertical climb (20 floors of a building).

** Condition of cemetery as observed on the given date -
may not be representative of care at other times of the year
Scale: Excellent - Good - Fair - Poor - Abandoned

Note: This cemetery has a very large oak tree near the Holliday gravestones. The tree is about 3.5 feet in diameter and about 70 ft tall.
