WVCPA thanks contributor Lydia Work for information and photos for this cemetery. She writes:

"[This cemetery] ...is more of a family plot.  All of the stones are dated in the 1800’s with the oldest being my ancestor John Rodeheaver who died in 1838.  He owned a slave family.  Please note the small stone next to his marked “Charles Colored Boy.”  Family stories have that he was a beloved son of John.  The pictures attached were taken by me and my brother Wallace Shaffer on Dec 27, 2008."

A full transcription and photo series of this cemetery is still needed. If you are willing and able to help, please contact WVCPA!
