County: Mason
USGS Quad: Cheshire        Map
Coordinates: 38.9061ºN  -82.0040ºW
Maintained by: unknown
Land owner unknown
Date last visited May 2012
Condition of cemetery**: Abandoned / Overgrown
Accessibility: Moderate Access. From Letart, head West on Co Rt 15/Sandhill Rd for 4.8 miles. Turn right (North) onto Co Rt 7/Sassafras Rd and go 0.5 mile. On right side of road is a metal gate that enters a large field (looking east). I walked beside field on right (south) side (being careful to not step on any plants in the field) about 1000 feet. Where the field curves North, the cemetery is on the right (heavily overgrown, with some poison ivy in spots). There are some beautiful stones here. This cemetery is in dire need of a friend to cut the brush and weed whack the vegetation. It is highly probably that a few stones were missed because of the heavy overgrowth.

** Condition of cemetery as observed on the given date -
may not be representative of care at other times of the year
Scale: Excellent - Good - Fair - Poor - Abandoned
